Users under 18 may participate only with documented consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes responsibility for compliance with these terms. By engaging with the platform, users certify their eligibility and confirm they are not prohibited from accessing such services under applicable jurisdictional laws.
Account Management Obligations
Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and must immediately report any unauthorized access to the platform administration. All activities conducted via a user’s account, whether authorized or not, remain the user’s responsibility. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts demonstrating non-compliance with these terms or prolonged inactivity, in accordance with operational policies.
Behavioral Standards
Users must adhere to established conduct guidelines during platform interaction. Prohibited actions include harassment of other users, misrepresentation of identity, interference with platform functionality, unauthorized access attempts to restricted system areas, and distribution of malicious software. Use of the platform for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden, consistent with applicable legal standards.
Intellectual Property Protections
All content, features, and materials provided by Treasure Tides are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property regulations. Users are permitted to access and utilize this content solely within the scope of standard platform operations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without explicit written consent from the platform administration. Feedback submitted by users may be utilized by the platform without obligation or compensation.
Service Availability and Modifications
The platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features at its discretion, with or without prior notification. Continuous access to the platform is not guaranteed, and interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. The administration endeavors to minimize disruptions but acknowledges potential temporary service unavailability.
Liability Limitations
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform in the preceding six months, reflecting the scope of financial commitment to the service.
